Parcel Tracking
We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 business days. Your order will be dispatched once delivery/billing address has been confirmed.
A tracking number will be included in your order dispatch email once that your parcel has been sent.
Return / Exchange Conditions
Standard Items: You have 30 days to return your order from the date it was delivered.
Sale Items: For items purchased on sale, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Late Returns: We do not accept returns on items sent back after the return window has passed.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it — including the original, undamaged packaging. This means the product must not have been worn or used. We cannot accept items that are not in box-fresh condition, as they become unsellable at their original price.
Please handle the products with love, care, and respect when trying them on. We recommend testing shoes on a carpet to avoid any marks, scratches, or creases on the soles or upper materials.
Exchanges
You can exchange for another size if it’s in stock. For a different model or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order on our website. This is the most efficient method and helps us provide you with the best possible service.
How to return
Use the return label provided with your original order. If you miss or have lost your return label email sales@loakenordic.com.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging and follow our instructions below.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the returned product is not shipped back following the above instructions we may be forced to reject the return or deduct any additional administrative fees or customs from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Sale items
We offer a 14 day refund policy for sale items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@loakenordic.com.

We cannot accept returns or refunds on any personalized shoe or accessories item. Note that any stated delivery times are estimates - we will not refund you because of delays. We will only refund a deposit in case of Loake Shoemakers being unable to fulfill the order.
